研究成果
申請人主要通過病毒/細菌遺傳學、分子生物學、生物化學、生物信息學、化學生物學、比較功能基因組學🏋🏿♂️、結構生物學、分子免疫學和細胞/實驗動物的感染生物學等多種研究手段研究病原菌的脂代謝調控以及其感染機製。博士期間的主要研究方向集中在高致病性病原體如豬鏈球菌(Streptococcus suis, S. suis)和禽流感病毒 (Avian influenza virus H5N1 & H7N9) 的分子致病機製和病原結構上🧙🏿♀️,現已取得的研究成果發表在PLoS Medicine, Journal of Bacteriology, The Journal of Infectious Diseases, Journal of Clinical Microbiology, Journal of General Virology, Science等國際期刊上🙍🏿♂️。申請人在美國伊利諾伊大學的研究主要是以食源性病原菌(如大腸桿菌和霍亂弧菌等)為研究材料,從事細菌脂肪酸及衍生物的代謝調控機理的研究,所取得的系列研究成果已經在本領域著名刊物如Molecular Microbiology和Journal of Bacteriology發表十余篇研究論文。迄今為止,申請人以第一作者/通訊作者身份在本領域的知名國際學術期刊(包括PLoS Medicine, Molecular Microbiology, Journal of Bacteriology, The Journal of Biological Chemistry, The Journal of Infectious Diseases, Emerging Infectious Diseases等)上發表了50余篇研究論文,取得了多項重要研究成果。其中第一作者/通訊作者文章共30余篇🎟,他引次數為366次。申請人與國內外多家科研單位也建立了廣泛👊🏻、深入的學術聯系🦹🏿,目前擔任包括Virulence (IF: 2.787)在內多家學術刊物的雜誌編委和數個國際刊物的審稿人。
