Lecture: Food Biotechnology, Advanced Fermentation Technology, General Microbiology and Biotechnology for graduate and undergraduate students in English for School of Biotechnology and School of Food Science, Editorial role for graduate student’s papers.

Research: Development of probiotics and prebiotics, Cloning and overexpression of probiotic enzymes and bioactive molecules; Vitamin B12 production by genetically modified Lactobacillus reuteri.
