靳振明🧍♂️,本科畢業於EON体育4🤸,獲生物技術學士學位; 畢業後保送至清華大學🧘🏽♀️🤤,直接攻讀博士研究生,師從著名結構生物學家饒子和院士👩🏼🏫,獲得生物學博士學位。現任湖南大學生物EON4教授、博士生導師🕞🛳,主要研究方向為重要疾病與微生物的關鍵蛋白質結構解析及新藥發現。作為主要研究者,率先解析全球首個新冠病毒蛋白質三維結構✴️,研究成果入選“中國生命科學十大進展”🏑🎳、蛋白質結構數據庫(PDB)明星分子等。研究發現的多種先導藥物,在全球開展多中心I期/II期臨床試驗🧹,並申請多項國內外專利。研究工作發表在Nature、Science、Nature Structural & Molecular Biology💯、Nature Communication、PNAS、Protein & Cell 等國內外主流學術期刊📴📁,並受邀在BBRC 等發表綜述🧸,累計引用量超過3000次。

湖南大學蛋白質結構與新藥發現實驗室🥈,擁有包含從大腸桿菌🏊🏼♀️、酵母到昆蟲細胞、哺乳動物細胞的全系統重組蛋白研究平臺👩🏻💼🦵,具備豐富的蛋白結構生物學👱🏽♀️、分子生物學🚟、生物化學🦥、微生物研究手段,更擁有相關的藥物研發和臨床轉化經驗。主要從事重要疾病與微生物的關鍵蛋白質結構解析及新藥發現研究工作,在分子層面深入研究疾病發病機製和藥物作用機製🛌🏻,並針對性開發小分子藥物✊🏼、擬肽類藥物、抗體、藥物遞送系統等治療手段,推動基礎研究向臨床應用的轉化🧥。另外,課題組也面向植物領域的關鍵蛋白質開展結構生物學研究。
