Zhiyuan Recreational Center of Shanghai Jiaotong University was built by the joint investment of Minghang District Government and Shanghai Jiaotong University, with a total floor area of 1000 square meters. There is an 8-lane 50-meter swimming pool, a 6-lane 25-meter swimming pool, a table tennis room, gymnasiums, a multi-functional classroom, a physical fitness testing center and so forth. It has been a comprehensive sports stadium integrating teaching and training, fitness activities for  teachers and students, as well as social services.
