  • Focusing on the research of synthetic biology of sugar reducing sweeteners, we have developed an efficient yeast synthesis system (single pathway and multi-enzyme pathway synthesis system), and improved production through metabolic engineering to efficiently and economically synthesize various functional sugars or alcohols.
